Jones Lang LaSalle Wins 270,000 SF Leasing Assignment for 150 Bloor Street West, Toronto

Scott Watson and team win agency leasing mandate


TORONTO, November 01,  2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that it was hired by Kevric Real Estate Corporation to lease its landmark asset at 150 Bloor Street West, Toronto.  The 270,000-square-foot office and retail building is situated in the heart of the Bloor-Yorkville area, a true destination of choice.
