New CS Solutions Development Principal in Canada
We are pleased to announce that Trish Clarry will be joining Solutions Development as Principal in Canada, dually reporting to Brett Miller, CEO JLL Canada and Paul Morgan, Corporate Solutions Managing Director.
Trish will provide advisory and business development capabilities for Corporate Solutions and Markets businesses. With over 30 years of experience, Trish enters this role with a distinct advantage and extensive capabilities providing innovative, performance-driven and efficient real estate programs, including on-boarding and developing two of Canada's largest clients, Canada Post and RBC.
Trish has experience across the full real estate lifecycle, from both a service provider and occupier perspective, and holds expert knowledge in contract management, governance and enabling organizational transformation. In addition, Trish has a personal passion in driving forward Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
According to Paul Morgan, "Having someone who knows the language, priorities and pain points of the client-provider partnership and how to create a mutually beneficial relationship are unique and compelling skills. Trish brings a lot of experience and leadership to the table."
Prior to joining JLL, Trish held senior corporate real estate leadership roles at Scotiabank and TELUS Communications. In addition, Trish maintained roles of increasing responsibility in the service provider industry, addressing client's portfolio strategy, workplace and financial performance needs.
Trish's expertise and focus will be of great assistance to the Markets business, in crafting adaptable solutions for smaller clients and on national pursuits that have multiple service line requirements.
Trish holds a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University and an MBA from University of Toronto. Trish is a licensed architect, a LEED Accredited Professional and maintains CoreNet's MCR designation. In addition, Trish has held board and advisory committee positions with the Canadian Green Building Council, CoreNet Global Canada, Humber College, OAA Committee of the Environment, and JLL's Women's Business Network.
