​​Current Responsibilities
Marco Marciante has assumed project management responsibilities for JLL’s Project and Development Services group for thirteen years. Mr. Marciante’s role addresses the challenges of completing projects’ scopes within the expected parameters of schedules and budgets. Additional challenges often include dealing with premises that must remain operational throughout the project. Mr. Marciante assumes responsibilities as a team leader for multiple projects representing clients’ interests with landlords, consultants, contractors and other vendors. With his in-depth understanding of the design and construction processes, Mr. Marciante manages projects throughout Canada but mainly in the Montréal and Ottawa areas. Mr. Marciante’s responsibilities include representing the clients’ interests with owners, consultants and contractors.

  • Lundbeck :  Tenant fit-out and move management – 18,000 SF
  • CIMA+ : Renovation and move management – 100,000 SF
  • Analysis Group : Renovation and re-integration – 20,000 SF
  • Servier Canada : Construction, renovation, and move management – 75,000 SF
  • GSK : Construction, consulting and move management – 27,000 SF
  • Wind River : Expansion and renovation – 50,000 SF​

​Education and Affiliations
Mr. Marciante received a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2002, a Bachelor’s degree of Architecture in 1996 and a Bachelor’s degree of Science in 1995 from McGill University in Montréal.
