​​Current Responsibilities
Elias Gouvakis is responsible for ensuring that local project sites are well monitored from a project management standpoint, that schedules are met, and all information pertaining to client requests are addressed. His duties include the coordination and implementation of project and program management.

Mr. Gouvakis is/has currently been involved in the following mandates: Desjardins Telecom D, which entails a nationwide role out strategy for upgrading server room infrastructure in over 100 locations; TDL, which entails a province wide construction strategy, for the renovation of over 130 Tim Hortons Restaurants; Sanofi Montreal Headquarters, which entails a single-phase external relocation strategy of 340 employees; Kia, which entails an office, warehouse and training center  fit-out project; and, GSK, which entails the office closures and disposal of medical and laboratory equipment.

Since 2006, Mr. Gouvakis has held his Real Estate Brokerage license, where he executed on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining JLL in 2012, Mr. Gouvakis was a construction coordinator for Broccolini Construction, where he handled project management tasks from a general contractor’s perspective.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Gouvakis holds a degree in Architectural Technology and is part of the Ordre des Technologues Professionnels du Québec (OTPQ).  Additionally, a member of the OACIQ (Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec) and is AAP construction safety certified.
