Mr. Martino is a Senior Project Manager for Project & Development Services at JLL Canada.  

Mr. Martino is a Senior Project Manager in our Toronto office. Tom is a valuable asset within our Project and Development Services (PDS) team responsible for management of projects, maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities with our Real Estate team. Mr. Martino manages varying projects, which range from office, food services, healthcare, and commercial construction.

Experience
Prior to working for JLL, Mr. Martino developed an impressive track record managing projects within the healthcare industry. Not only did hospitals present many budget constraints, sequencing and phasing challenges, but there were many projects where he had the opportunity to develop unique design and construction experience. Diagnostic imaging, intensive care units and new hospital builds are some of his project management specialties. With over fourteen years of project experience in healthcare, there was an immense sense of satisfaction and accomplishment being part of a project team that improved the patient’s experience with the physical facility, workflow and accessibility.​
