Current ResponsibilitiesChloé LeBidois has been a Project Manager within the JLL Project and Development Services team since the beginning of 2014. Her first year was dedicated to a major account, Canada Post, handling a diverse array of projects, including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical maintenance for buildings and leasehold improvements and operational projects. Since January 2015, Ms. LeBidois has managed office development projects for the Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec. Her responsibilities include the management of projects from identification of needs by the customer, development of real estate solutions in coordination with the professionals - development of plans and specifications, cost estimates, planning to execution of the project – management of the call for tender process, followed by construction, furniture and removals, and finally the administrative and financial monitoring of the project until the end of the latter. With her project management training, and experience in the industry, Ms. LeBidois has the tools to control the management process effectively in order to deliver the project to the client's specifications.
ExperienceIn recent years, Ms. LeBidois has managed several real estate projects in the banking and government sectors. The variety, both in nature and in the environment, of the projects she has carried out gives her the ability to adapt and analyze every individual situation, in order to meet the challenges posed by different projects. Each project is approached methodically to meet the specific needs of the client.
Prior to joining JLL in January 2014, Ms. LeBidois worked for other project management businesses in Canada, as well as for a company in Cambodia for the construction of a new pharmacy.
Education and AffiliationsMs. LeBidois obtained a Masters in Project Management in 2002 and a Bachelor's in Business Administration in 2001. She has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2011.
