​​Current Responsibilities
Russell Price is a Project Manager with JLL Canada’s Project and Development Services group in Alberta. He is currently working on the Renovations of the downtown Marriott Hotel being operated by Host Hotels and Resorts Inc. and various Tim Hortons renovations for TDL Corporation.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Price has been working as a Project Manager in a variety of industries. He has been involved in the delivery of projects ranging from $10 million to $500 million. His varied managerial experience and detailed technical knowledge in all roles of the construction industry provides a unique perspective to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.

He was the Senior Project Manager for the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where he managed a team of four construction managers and seven projects that ranged from $20 million to $45 million, for 850,000 s.f. 

He was a team leader on several hotel projects including new and renovated phased projects as a Project Manager, a construction manager and as an architect; Project Manager for 80 renovations in a McDonalds rebranding programme; the Senior Project Architect for the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, a 2 million s.f. mixed use development; and, Construction Manager for a Cancer Hospital in Trinidad and Costa Rica
