​​​​​​Current responsibilities
Scholastica Lee is a Project Manager with Project and Development Services for British Columbia, based out of JLL's Vancouver Office. Her focus is to provide clients with project management services and to lead renovation and construction projects across BC from project initiation through to key turnover.

Scholastica's education and experience in design, engineering and cost management make her invaluable to her clients while managing tenant-improvement, design/build and relocation projects.

Experience
Scholastica has 10 years of construction management experience, managing a diverse set of projects with specialized expertise in mechanical engineering review, LEED design and project cost management.

She uses her experience to analyze the proposed project from the client's perspective by evaluating and presenting viable options to ensure the best results are achieved for the project. She has experience as cost control engineer completing large Private-Public Partnership (P3) and complex design/build projects on schedule and on budget.

In order to mitigate project risks, Scholastica uses her management skills to lead the project team starting with designers to ensure design assumptions are per project agreement requirements.

She further mitigates risk by monitoring site construction to ensure installations meet the building specification and design requirements of the client. 

Scholastica also utilizes her field engineering experience, supplemented with project cost control and estimating experience, to ensure quality assurance of the project and that the project budget is maintained.

Education
Scholastica is a Professional Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng) having completed her B.ASc in Mechanical Engineering at UBC.

She completed her MBA in Sustainable Business, with a concentration in Green Development, at Marylhurst University, Oregon, USA.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
