Current Responsibilities
With nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kimberley understands how to communicate the value of buildings, specifically as it relates to sustainability and health & wellness. Kimberley joined JLL's Occupier Strategies & Solutions group in 2015, using her knowledge of sustainability practices to turn complex concepts into tools and communications that educate audiences on sustainability and empower individuals to act on environmental stewardship. Kimberley is dedicated to promoting sustainability and health & wellness in the built environment.


Joining JLL in 2011, Kimberley worked with the Brokerage group providing strategic direction to clients on marketing sustainable office space, health, wellness and employee performance as it relates to real estate decision making. Her experience led to a natural and seamless transition into her current role as Occupier Specialist. 

Education and Affiliations

Kimberley graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber's dual degree and diploma program with Honours and received a Merit Scholarship for placing in the top ten percent of the Business Administration program. As a member of AIESEC, a global organization that aims to develop young professional's leadership capabilities, Kimberley was chosen to participate in their international internship program and gained valuable international experience working in Europe.

As a registered Sales Representative, Kimberley is heavily involved in the commercial real estate industry and is an active member of the following associations:

  • Toronto CREW - Vice Chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee and member of the REAL Jobs Day Committee
  • NAIOP - Developing Leaders Chapter and participant in their annual Mentorship Program
  • CoreNet - Developing Leaders Chapter​
