His role includes overseeing quality assurance methods to ensure the planning, design, construction and operational processes for new buildings and existing building renovations are achieving their goals. His position requires close collaboration with a team of design professionals, LEED consultants, PM's, contractors, trades and in-house technical personnel. Chris is an effective leader, who utilizes his technical background, organization and communication skills to oversee and manage successful commissioning projects ensuring proper performance of building systems. He is continually applying his expertise as a critical thinker to manage project risks by predicting potential issues and developing proactive solutions. In addition, he excels at devising impromptu methods to resolve unforeseen issues throughout project delivery.  Chris' role includes application of strong written skills in the development of commissioning related work products, as well as his technical capabilities via on-site observations and functional testing.

As part of CBA, Chris has led the commissioning of several large scale, complex projects including the 800,000 sq.ft One York Street office tower, TD Bank's new 250,000 sq.ft commercial office fit-up at 320 Front Street West as well as the 950,000 sq.ft Waterpark Place Phase III. Prior to joining JLL, Chris worked for over three years as an O&M Design Engineer on Climate Control in vehicles. The work involved the fabrication and design of industry leading designs of efficient insulation packages for major clients such as Mercedes Benz, La Rocca and Tim Hortons.

Before that, Chris worked as a design consultant for XMG Games Studio as well as a QA/QC Analyst. As a designer he was responsible for formulas that would be used by the developers for computer game logic and motion of race cars. In the same facet, his input heavily influenced the behaviour of game assets and aesthetics.
