By changing the conversation away from rent he helps our clients quantify their real estate’s impact on their organizations human capital.
An expert in JLL’s 3-30-300 Calculator App, Greg helps our client’s focus on what is truly important – it’s people – ultimately driving corporate profit and increasing stakeholders’ return on investment. In addition to his thought leadership, Greg also has a thorough understanding of all JLL scalable service lines including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Project and Development Services, Commissioning and Building Analytics, Capital Markets, Occupancy Planning and Engagement Programs, Energy and Sustainability Initiatives and Integrated Facility Management. PositionsPrior to joining JLL, his most recent roles were VP, Sales Effectiveness at Fusion Learning, one of Canada’s largest sales training firms, and Director of Business Development at Aimia, the world leader in loyalty marketing and owner of the Aeroplan coalition. Greg was also VP, Paper Products at Canadian Paper Connection, an international paper brokerage for over 12 years. Greg’s breadth of experience across various industries enables him to quickly understand an organization’s unique needs and find the best possible real-estate solution.
