Current responsibilities
James Blair is a Vice President with JLL Vancouver’s Multifamily Team. James specializes in the sale of sale of revenue producing properties with a focus on multifamily investment and land assembly sales across Greater Vancouver and BC to local and foreign investors and developers. While his attention is focused on the Burnaby and New Westminster markets, James has experience in sales across Metro Vancouver and throughout the province.

James started his real estate career in Kelowna but quickly jumped on the opportunity to join the high-performing multifamily team at Bill Goold Realty in 2013. Since then, James has performed on several high-profile key transactions and successfully executed on nearly $200 million in transaction volume in 2015 alone. James is known for his high level of personalized service and has earned a reputation by vendors and investors alike for his work ethic, loyalty, and dedication to the transaction’s success.
