Ms. Talbot is a Move Manager for Project & Development Services at JLL Canada.  

Ms. Talbot is a Move Manager in our Toronto office. Ms. Talbot is a valuable asset within our Project and Development Services (PDS) team responsible for the management of relocations within a project which consist of organizing and scheduling all the client’s items. Typically this will include furniture and equipment that will move out of their current facility and into their new facility along with new items, furniture and equipment. Ms. Talbot focuses on the internal communication with staff, trades, movers, and installers.  Knowledgeable staff members have less anxiety about moving, making the move seamless, on-time and on-budget with minimal disruption to their daily work. Ms. Talbot manages varying sized projects, which range from single moves to multiple locations in the education, healthcare, laboratories, warehouses, office, food services and commercial construction.

Prior to working with JLL, Ms. Talbot developed an impressive record managing projects across Canada over a 25 year time frame.  Ms. Talbot worked in the Commercial Move Industry learning the fine details of the hows & whys of commercial moves.  She has leveraged her experience in specifying office furniture, along with her knowledge in construction, to deliver many successful relocation projects.
