Frédéric Seigneur is Associate Vice-President within the Tenant Representation Group at JLL in Montreal. He is responsible for servicing corporate accounts and providing transaction support on local market files. Always putting forth his strong sense of integrity and attention to detail, Frédéric works in a spirit of collaboration with clients to provide them the best advice and make sure their goals are achieved.
With over 13 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate in Quebec, Frédéric has acquired a rich and diversified experience. He worked on the sale of office buildings and shopping centers, as a representative of the office tenants and retailers, and also represented owners in the Province of Quebec and Ontario. His extensive experience gives him a competitive advantage in understanding the needs of the various stakeholders involved in a leasing transaction.
Before becoming a commercial real estate broker, Frédéric has worked for three years in the venture capital field in France.
Frédéric began his real estate career in 2006 at JLL as a financial analyst in the Capital Markets Group. He has subsequently worked as a real estate broker for Avison Young. Frédéric was named JLL's "Rookie of the Year" in 2011. The award recognized his outstanding contributions among his peers throughout North America. He served as leasing Vice-President for the BTB Real Estate Investment Trust where he was responsible for all the buildings managed by BTB, representing more than 5M square feet of office buildings in Quebec and in Ontario.
Education and Affiliations
Real Estate Broker in the province of Quebec, Frédéric holds a BA in Finance and Management from HEC Montreal and a Master in Finance from the University of Aix-Marseille in France.
The tenant representation team is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations. Specifically, volunteering and providing financial support to the Old Brewery Mission. The team has also been one of the largest participants and fundraisers at the Games for Hope in 2016 and 2017 and is actively involved in the Breakfast Club of Canada.
