Biography

 Ms. Clarke is an Associate Project Manager in our Toronto office.  Brenda is responsible for the support and management of multiple projects and assignments throughout the GTA, from the planning stages of projects to execution and closing.

Brenda has extensive knowledge and practice in Project Management and Coordination on projects ranging from $500,000 to $3.3 million in tenant improvement projects and $2.9 million to $45.5 million with experience in academic, industrial, and healthcare type projects. 

Brenda acted as a main point of contact during the planning and designing stages for Community Health Centres to ensure phases of the Capital Planning Process are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.  Brenda was involved in the restoration, renovation and expansion of a 19th century industrial building to a new Brock University Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts campus and planning and construction for the City of Port Colborne Operations Centre.  On all projects, Brenda has retained the general contractor and necessary consultants, as well as, managed and controlled the scope, schedule, and costs within the design and construction stages of the projects.
