Experience

In 1987, Paul left the brokerage world to join Canderel to market and lease 630 René-Lévesque Blvd West, a prominent office tower in the downtown core. After having successfully completed that mandate in 1989, he became Director of Leasing with a local real estate developer which was eventually acquired by O&Y Properties in 1998, where he was appointed Vice-President of Leasing for Quebec, and played an integral part in expanding the  third party management portfolio from 1 million sq ft to 10 million sq ft. Paul later became a partner and member of the senior management team that acquired O&Y Properties' R/E management division to form Arcturus Realty Corporation in 2006, a national property manager.

In 2008, Paul went back to his original passion of brokerage, and prior to joining JLL in July 2017, was a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ Canada). With his profound knownledge of the inner workings of real estate management, Paul continues to work as a seasoned leasing professional in Montréal representing the long term interests of major tenants, in addtion to selling R/E assets for clients.
