Elizabeth's principal role is to support the CEO and Executive Committee to ensure the achievement of strategic goals. Her combination of Human Resources and Operations background gives her an edge in her role as an advisor to senior leaders of JLL. Elizabeth supports the organization by assisting the CEO in drafting business plans and setting goals while also defining business strategies and translating it into concrete initiatives. She is also responsible for understanding and owning projects surrounding compensation performance/models, employee engagement, sales performance and business development opportunities while enhancing JLL's corporate image.
Elizabeth's professional experience spans over 5 years. Her in depth knowledge and background in Human Resources has allowed her to lead the companies' national talent acquisition function for their Market Solutions sector while the company was in a high growth period. In her role she created the companies national recruitment process while still managing full cycle, high-volume recruitment nationally for the company. In addition to recruitment, Elizabeth also acted as an adviser to management and staff on all matters pertaining to Human Resources (i.e. legislative compliance, performance management, labor/employee relations, training & development, etc).
Prior to JLL Elizabeth has previously worked at Equitable Bank, a federally regulated schedule I bank.
Elizabeth's expertise spans in all areas of Human Resources. Her strong communication and quick learning ability has allowed her to become an expert in business partnering with executives by identifying gaps and concerns to the business by offering creative HR and Recruitment solutions to complex problems and projects.
