Current Responsibilities

Elizabeth leads JLL's national talent acquisition function for Market Solutions sector.  In this role, she created the company's national recruitment process while managing full cycle, high-volume recruitment nationally. In addition to recruitment, Elizabeth also acts as an adviser to management and staff on all matters pertaining to Human Resources (i.e. legislative compliance, performance management, labor/employee relations, training & development, etc).

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Elizabeth worked at Equitable Bank, a federally regulated schedule I bank.  

Elizabeth's expertise spans all areas of Human Resources which include: talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, employee relations etc.

Her years of experience, strong communications and quick learning ability has positioned her as an expert in business partnering. She liaises with business leaders to identifying gaps and concerns to the businesses and offering creative HR and Recruitment solutions to complex problems and projects.

Education and Affiliations

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Psychology degree (Hons) from the University of Guelph.

She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and partners with the TRIEC Mentoring Partnership as a mentor to new immigrants in Canada.
