Chris Denda is the Senior Vice President and Practice Lead of JLL's Toronto Industrial Group. Chris shares in the unified team approach and high-performance culture that has made JLL the fastest growing and industry-leading commercial real estate firm in Canada.
Mr. Denda leverages 15 years of corporate real estate experience on behalf of his clients, representing and creating exceptional value for some of Canada's largest occupiers and investors in leasing, acquisition, disposition and development capacities.

Mr. Denda specializes in industrial projects encompassing office/industrial consolidations, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, last mile fulfillment, and data centre development.
He has also led major industrial, office, retail and residential investment transactions.
He has extensive experience in occupier representation, including strategic planning, space optimization, site procurement, lease audit, sale and lease negotiations, build to suit facility design and development, request for proposal tender management, and multi-market portfolio strategies.
In addition, Mr. Denda has represented some of Canada's largest investors and developers in major agency leasing assignments, asset and portfolio dispositions, asset acquisitions and underwriting, speculative construction projects, off-market opportunity procurement, and land development.
