Our people

​Shannon Kairns is a project Coordinator with JLL’s Project and development Services Group, based out of Montreal, QC. Shannon’s primary responsibility is to provide project coordination services to her team of Project Managers in projects located throughout Quebec, Eastern Ontario, and the Maritimes. These coordination services include contract administration, responding to RFPs, document review, and various financial duties including budgeting, project reconciliation, and invoice processing.

With almost 10 years of experience with JLL, she has vast knowledge of department processes and project administration, and has become an integral part of the Montreal PDS team.

•Tim Hortons : Variable multi-site projects – renovations and constructions

•Microsoft : Variable multi-site projects – Montreal, Quebec City, and Ottawa

•Servier Canada : Construction, renovation, and move management – 75,000 SF

•CIMA+ : Renovation and move management – 100,000 SF

Education and affiliations

Shannon holds a Diplôme d’Étude Collégiale (DEC) in Business Administration, with a specialty in Marketing and Finance.
