Daniel's core responsibilities in the Debt Capital Markets team involve analyzing property cash flows to test suitability and capability of financing options available from the lending market.
Since joining the team in January 2018, Daniel is dedicated to finding optimal debt solutions for clients and is always looking for new ways to integrate the latest available technology into the JLL DCM process.
As a key point of contact with internal and external JLL stakeholders, clients, colleagues, and lenders appreciate his business acumen, professionalism and regard for ethical decision making.
A graduate from McGill University – Desautels Faculty of Management, Daniel completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in finance with a concentration in accounting. Previously he interned for the high-net worth investment management departments of Richter (Richter Family Office) and Jarislowsky Fraser Limited where he worked on valuations and complex compliance projects.
Daniel is a candidate in the CFA program and a member of Young Canadians in Finance. During his tenure at McGill he was an active member in the McGill Real Estate Club and remains in contact. Lastly, Daniel Passed the Canadian Securities Course in 2016.
