Erik is a Senior Vice President of the Industrial Services Group at Jones Lang LaSalle in Montreal. He is also a member of Jones Lang LaSalle's Supply Chain Logistics group.
Erik has over thirty-two (32) years of commercial real estate experience in Montreal and Eastern Canada, having provided corporate real estate advisory services to over one thousand tenants, owners and investors throughout his career. Erik's strengths include multi-market corporate strategy, negotiation, site selection/disposition work, sale-leasebacks and build-to-suit projects. He has a wide range of transaction activity in industrial, office leasing and investment sales.
In addition to twenty-seven years in commercial brokerage, Erik spent three years working as Senior Vice-President of Construction and Development with Reliance Construction, one of Québec's largest commercial contractors. This experience has been invaluable in situations involving land development, building re-development and in design build projects.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Erik was Senior Vice President with DTZ Barnicke in Montreal.
Education and Affiliations
Erik is a member of the elite Society of Industrial and Office Realtor Association (SIOR) at your service. This esteemed designation recognizes the world's top performing brokers and is bestowed upon a small percentage of active commercial real estate brokers in Canada, the United States and abroad. Currently, there are fewer than 30 SIOR designee's/members in Quebec. Exceptional ethical standards, consistent high transaction volumes, and recognized experience levels are prerequisites for admission to this professional organization. Erik not only holds this designation, but is a past President of the Eastern Canadian Chapter of SIOR.
Erik is passionately committed to his role on the Board of Directors of the Starlight Children's Foundation (Québec) and that of The West Island Cancer Wellness Center. He served on the development committee of the Montréal Neurological Hospital for two years as well as the development committee of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Society of Québec
