Downtown Toronto Office Insight Q2 2014

​The Downtown Toronto market continues to be the strongest in the GTA with positive space absorption and compressing vacancy rates. Pricing increases have slowed in the Financial Core relative to other Downtown submarkets as tenants take advantage of significant sublease availability. Landlords brace for new supply coming on-line later in 2014 with larger rent inducements, but expect demand for downtown space to continue its climb over the medium to long term.
