Although Downtown and Midtown Toronto has absorbed 280,000 square feet of sublease availability between Q2 and Q3, there are still significant sublease opportunities available for tenants. Specifically, there are many options available for larger tenants looking for over 20,000 square feet of availability and tenants looking for longer term commitments expiring past 2020. The Financial Core remains the focus of subleasing activity in Toronto, adding two 85,000+ square feet blocks over the quarter.
