Sublease Analysis - Downtown and Midtown Toronto, August 2015

​The total sublease available inventory decreased by 200k square feet since the first quarter (-14.0 percent) and the sublease availability rate is currently at a three year historical low. It will, however, be prudent to watch the outflow of tenants from the older AAA towers to both the newer Class A buildings and under construction buildings downtown and the resulting impact on the sublease availability inventory moving forward.
