First quarter of 2016 marked the tenth consecutive quarter of overall positive net absorption in the Downtown Toronto office market. First quarter absorption reached 296,526 square feet, which was down from the previous quarter, but still above the five year average of 267,318 square feet. Absorption was distributed almost equally between the Financial Core and the Downtown North.
