The suburban GTA saw 404,943 square feet of positive net absorption in the third quarter and 896,505 square feet of positive net absorption year to date. This is the strongest year to date absorption levels since 2008. Leasing volume has been strong going into the fourth quarter, particularly in the GTA West where available space dropped 60 basis points, despite 2727 Meadowpine Boulevard being delivered, which added 146,818 square feet of vacant available space to the market.
