Canada Office Outlook - Q1 2018

​The outlook remains positive although regional variations will persist. In downtown Toronto and Vancouver a period of limited new supply (no large construction completions until 2020) coupled with historically low vacancy rates means both markets will remain firmly in landlord favourable territory. Edmonton and Calgary, on the other hand, will edge closer to the bottom of the cycle and we expect both markets to remain tenant favourable for a longer period.
