Large Industrial Construction Projects Underway in Montréal

  • ​When Jean Coutu and Dollarama built their respective distribution centers in 2016 (800,000 and 500,000 S.F.) it seems to have been a springboard for large industrial users to follow suit.
  • IKEA’s new distribution center will have a 200,000 S.F. section that will be fully automated at 118 feet clear.
  • Structube has ran out of space in there 218,000 S.F. DC in Saint-Laurent and have leased over 300,000 S.F. in the GMA temporarily.
  • Costco’s new facility will employ 250 people, have 214 loading docks and enough land to expand by 600,000 S.F.
