Marco Marciante currently assumes project management responsibilities for Jones Lang LaSalle's Project and Development Services group. Mr. Marciante’s role addresses the challenges of completing complex projects within the expected parameters of schedules and budgets. In addition, this often involves managing the client's challenge of remaining operational throughout the project. Mr. Marciante assumes responsibilities as ateam leader for multiple projects representing the client's interest with landlords, consultants, contractors and other vendors. With his in-depth understanding of the design and construction processes, Mr. Marciante manages projects throughout Eastern Canada.

Marco Marciante has been with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project Development Services since 2004. Mr. Marciante has recently accomplished a range of major projects including a $22M renovation for Pfizer Canada Inc., a new $8M facility for Glaxo Smith Kline Inc., a new $15M build to suit for Sanofi-Aventis as well as $10M of infrastructure installations for Bank of America .Mr. Marciante’s experience also includes numerous tenant improvements as well as base building renovations in the downtown and surrounding areas with clients such as Xerox, Hitachi, Analysis Group and Microsoft. His range of experience also includes industrial projects such as the new $6M Eglo Canada Inc. office and warehouse building in the West Island of Montreal. Mr. Marciante has developed a wide skillset from project program development through to final project close-out.
Prior to joining JLL in 2004, Mr. Marciante practiced architecture for seven years working with prominent architectural firms in Montreal, New York and Florida.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Marciante received a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2002, a Bachelor’s degree of Architecture in 1996 and a Bachelor’s degree of Science in 1995 from McGill University in Montreal.
