The Centre of Excellence for Sustainability in Commercial Real Estate is a R&D Centre located in Montréal partnering with universities, industry and start-ups. It will foster novel and innovative technologies and processes as well as drive rapid adoption of market-ready products and services to help reach the objective of decarbonizing the commercial real estate industry by 2040.
Centre of Excellence for sustainability will:
Generate and aggregate scientific and technical knowledge
Establish local and international academic partnerships
Develop targeted R&D programs
Have an economic impact through the development and implementation of the solutions developed
