Ben Kettner is a Sales Associate at JLL Canada, specializing in office leasing. Ben spent his first year at JLL as part of the research team where he helped curate JLL’s quarterly market statistics, insight reports, and submarket reviews. Prior to working at JLL, Ben worked as a Property Tax Analyst at an international consulting firm, reviewing assessment data, conducting equity analyses, and drafting Statement of Issues to support client property tax appeals.
Ben is a graduate of the University of Guelph where he studied Psychology, Business, and Neuroscience. His analytical background allows him to thoroughly evaluate market trends and provide informed insights to his clients. With his combination of industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and creative abilities, he is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market and provide innovative solutions that meet his clients' diverse needs.
Outside of the office, Ben is an avid musician, music producer, tennis player, and skier.
