Bruce is Assistant Vice President at JLL, where he continues to focus on retail lease transactions. His strengths lie in contract negotiation and landlord representation. He is responsible for retail sales and leasing primarily in the province of Alberta, Canada, and in the greater Edmonton area.
Bruce’s career in real estate began more than 12 years ago. Before joining JLL in 2016, Bruce spent 3 years at Oberfeld Snowcap, where he continued his role as a listing agent, developing relationships with many landlords and developers in addition to furthering his tenant representation skills.
Based in Edmonton, Bruce is primarily involved on the listing and Landlord representation side of JLL’s retail discipline.
Prior to a career in real estate, Bruce owned and operated a small retail business for 18 years. This background has been instrumental in his development as a real estate associate, as it allows him to connect with a client or tenant on their level with an understanding they can appreciate.
Among Bruce’s leisure time pursuits, he has an immense passion for all things motorcycling. If not riding, he can be found in his garage tinkering. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, including participating and enjoying a variety of sports and sporting events.
