Francis Charlebois, C.APP
Senior Consultant, Valuation Advisory
Mr. Francis Charlebois is a Senior Consultant in the Valuation and Appraisal division of JLL in Montréal. Member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec, he is involved in various real estate valuation and appraisal mandates, including market analysis and due diligents.
Francis has gained experience in real estate valuations for various types of assets, namely office buildings, shopping centers, light industrial buildings and vacant lots as well as in the valuation of retirement home properties and multi-unit residential properties.
Mr. Charlebois has over 5 years of real estate experience in valuation and appraisal. He has demonstrated his knowledge and expertise for different mandates such as office, commercial and institutional property appraisals, conducting residential market studies for condominium and retirement home properties, participating in extensive portfolio appraisals of office, commercial and industrial properties. Also, he has conducted office market analysis and rental value appraisals for the Montréal region as well as providing support in specific real estate consulting and litigation assignments.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Charlebois worked in the Valuation and Appraisal Division at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as a Senior Consultant.
