Mr. Palmer joined as a Vice President in the Industrial and Land Division at JLL. Jason is responsible for the full spectrum of the land development process including the acquisition and disposition of land, review of zoning and site plan requirements, managing rezoning, Committee of Adjustment Applications, planning, and due diligence programmes.
Jason Palmer has acted on the acquisition and sale of in excess of 6,000 acres of land since 2001.
His expertise encompasses commercial, industrial, residential assemblies including land sales and leasing, design/build requirements, redundant facility retrofits and sale and leaseback investments.
Mr. Palmer holds an honors major degree from Western University in Business Administration and he is a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Toronto Real Estate Board.
