Mr. Mayes is Vice President of Project Marketing and Sales at JLL’s Montreal office.
Experience
Mr. Mayes has over 28 years of experience in the business world including sales and marketing, management consulting and corporate training. During the last 11 years he has worked extensively in investment real estate sales and multi-residential project sales and marketing. Most recent assignments include The Residences at The Ritz Carlton, Montreal and The 1200 de Maisonneuve, a twin tower $95 million dollar project.
Mr. Mayes has lived in England, Barbados and Canada and been involved in International sales and marketing assignments in the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Barbados, the USA and Hong Kong.
Mr. Mayes’s mission is to help clients generate a greater return on investment.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Mayes holds Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University. He is also a Chartered Real Estate Broker and has completed The Canadian Securities Course. Mr. Mayes believes it is important to constantly improve your knowledge and skills and has participated in numerous courses including: CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Negotiation, Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Team Building, Influencing and Thinking Strategically.
