Current Responsibilities
Mr. Sinnett is Executive Vice President and Practice Lead of JLL’s Québec Capital Markets Team. Leading a team of dedicated capital markets professionals, he is responsible for the origination and execution of major investment transactions across Québec, providing acquisition and disposition services for commercial/retail, industrial, multifamily, and office investments.
Experience
Mr. Sinnett joined JLL in 2014 and has since closed over $4 billion in investment transactions in the multifamily, retail, industrial, and office space. He is consistently amongst the company’s top producers and his team is JLL Canada’s top performing Capital Markets group. In his 20-year career, Mr. Sinnett has closed over 500 transactions. He has represented both private investors and major financial and real estate institutions and is recognized for his professionalism and integrity. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Sinnett was a senior vice president at CBRE.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Sinnett holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a specialization in Marketing, and is a real estate broker in the province of Québec.
