Experience
Prior to joining JLL Mr. Raimundo was Vice President, Real Estate Services at Oberfeld Snowcap in Edmonton, Paul has also held various executive positions with DTZ, Cameron Development Corp. and Colliers International. With over 15 years' experience in the Retail sector Paul has been involved in many types of transactions and has represented both Landlord and Tenants with their leasing requirements along with aiding Vendors and Purchasers with their depositing or acquisition requirements.
Recent lease transactions include:
- Planet Organic – 75,000 s.f. (5 locations)
- Orange Theory Fitness – 15,000 s.f (5 locations)
- BMO – 50,000 s.f. (Multiple Locations)
Recent Sale transactions include:
- Coast Home Centre, Edmonton (Melcor)
- Brick Building, Lloydminster (Camrock)
- Former KFC, Drayton Valley (local purchaser)
Paul has a number of clients including: Cameron Development Corporation, Canadian Tire, BMO, Orange Theory Fitness, Anthem Properties, Melcor REIT, John Day Developments and Planet Organic to name a few.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Raimundo graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor of education degree with a major in business and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres.
