Current Responsibilities

Stéphane is Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Montréal. His role within the team is to provide best in class customer service,  and to focus on corporate development on a local, national and international basis.


Stéphane has over eighteen (18) years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry across Canada and the United States. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 2.9 billion dollars of real estate transactions. His experience includes Tenant/Purchaser Representation, Landlord/Vendor Representation (property listings for sale and lease), sale leasebacks, built-to-suits and land sales. In addition, he provides his clients and his prospect clients with an in-depth market knowledge, comprehensive site selection analysis, financial analysis, opinion of values and, when necessary, sublease and buyout coordination.

Stéphane is a Real Estate Broker member of the OACIQ (Qubec Real Estate Association).  He is also a holder of the esteemed industry designation of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) recognizing the world’s top performing brokers with a proven track record in their field.  He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Québec and member of JLL’s Supply Chain and Logistics Group.
