Anthony Cho

Anthony is responsible for the delivery of corporate client real estate solutions through thought-leadership, strategic innovation and leveraging existing resources in support of the Work Dynamics business across Canada.
A seasoned real estate expert, Anthony has extensive experience in delivering innovative and integrated real estate solutions to Corporate, Retail and Infrastructure portfolios. An avid believer in providing clients with innovative real estate tools, Anthony has partnered with the Capital Markets buisiness line, using technology to ensure consistent and integrated service delivery across the country.
With over 20 years of experience, Anthony joins JLL from BGIS where he managed real estate portfolios of a combined 100M square feet across a wide range of assets and industries for major corporate accounts. His dual background in architecture and strategic and operational real estate management gives him a unique perspective and understanding of our clients’ real estate challenges.
After obtaining his degrees in architecture from the University of Waterloo, Anthony started his career as an Associate at Dunlop Architects, where he was responsible for managing resources and operations.
In the past few years, Anthony was awarded the CoreNet Global Professional Excellence Award and completed several certifications such as the Certified Deal Architect (CDA), Certified Constructions Contracts Administrator Certification and the Building Science Specialist of Ontario.
