Graham Smith is the Executive Vice President and co-lead/founder of the Agency Retail Group at JLL in downtown Toronto. With over 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, he specializes in leasing and sales of high-street retail properties and mixed-used urban assets throughout Canada, with a primary focus on downtown Toronto.
Graham's expertise in agency leasing, condominium retail, and mixed-use projects has earned him recognition as one of Canada's leading authorities in the retail industry. He co-leads a team of seven individuals at JLL, which is widely recognized as the top agency retail leasing group in Toronto.
Since joining JLL in 2019, Graham has consistently been a top performer and was named the top retail broker in Canada in 2023. His outstanding achievements include receiving the prestigious 2022 REX award for the 'Retail Deal of the Year' for his work on the flagship Lululemon transaction at 2 Bloor Street West in Toronto.
Before joining JLL, Graham established the urban retail practice at Ashlar Urban Realty Inc, a Toronto-based brokerage, which was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2017. He holds a BA from Montreal's University of Concordia and actively participates in professional organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers, Toronto Real Estate Board, NAIOP, OREA, and RECO.
In his personal time, Graham enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his two young daughters. He also has a passion for traveling and supports numerous not-for-profit organizations and charities alongside his wife.
