Toyota wanted to establish a new North American headquarters in Plano, which would consolidate its manufacturing, sales and marketing, and corporate operations into a single, state-of-the-art campus in Texas

We led the project team and Toyota’s internal procedures to provide timely information without negating the company’s consensus-driven culture. As an extension of Toyota’s Real Estate & Facilities team, we coordinated vendor-specific requirements for the food service, fitness, credit union, pharmacy, and health clinic spaces, as well as vendor FF&E durations to accurately communicate operational timelines.
Achieving ambitions all around, the new space opened within the company’s aggressive timeline and budget.
