2020 framed by diminishing leasing activity as well as record give backs, but fundamentals have held strong in most markets

In Q4, the Canadian office market experienced a third consecutive quarter of negative occupancy losses, pushing total vacancy up 60 basis points to 11.4%. However, fundamentals in most major markets held strong, with Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Ottawa among the top 5 tightest office markets in North America
