All asset classes witnessed strong demand in Q1, but economic uncertainty has continued to grow

Demand for office and retail space intensified in Q1 despite the Omicron surge while industrial demand remained as hot as ever. Economic fundamentals were very strong on the quarter, but rising interest rates and high inflation rates have created uncertainty.

The trends we noticed:

Office market: Demand for collaborative office space continues to fuel leasing activity
