JLL Canada welcomes Workplace Consulting team
Three new members join JLL to service Project & Development Services
TORONTO, January 4, 2023 – JLL announced today the hiring of a new Workplace Consulting team which will be part of the Project and Development Services business: Susan Chang, Senior Vice President, Workplace Consulting, Curtis Kjinserdahl, Director and Eddy Zhao, Analyst.
The Workplace Consulting team will specialize in Real Estate Portfolio Optimization, Facility Planning and Programming, Workplace Strategy and Change Management, specifically in the representation of occupiers for the relocation, renewal or disposition of their space across Canada.
“The addition of Workplace Consulting to our Project and Development Services business will be greatly beneficial to our clients and will help them navigate the changing workplace environments,” said Rob Ramsay, Executive Vice President, Project and Development Services, JLL Canada. “Workplace Consulting is essentially the evolution of space utilization and design. It involves a more detailed, holistic view towards assessing the occupier and its needs, in order that the resulting space requirements are optimal. Adding this service to our Project and Development Services offering puts us in a much stronger position to advise our clients and differentiates us in the marketplace.”
With almost 30 years of experience working on and leading teams on multi-faceted, complex projects, Chang is a strong, inspiring leader, facilitator, and strategist. Prior to joining JLL, she most recently served as Principal and Director of Consulting at a large architecture and design company in Canada. Chang had responsibility for the global Consulting portfolio which included North America and Europe.
