Acceo Solutions works with JLL to relocate to ultra-modern office complex

Quebec City, April 26, 2017- JLL Montréal is pleased to announce the upcoming  relocation of Acceo Solutions to Complexe Acceo, a 45,000 sq. ft. mixed used new development located in L'Ancienne-Lorette, Quebec City. Acceo Solutions, one of Canada's leading IT solutions companies, will be the complex's anchor tenant occupying 22,609 sq. ft. of office space.  The development is being constructed by Immostar Inc. with an investment of over $10 million dollars, making it one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Quebec City of 2017.

The Acceo real estate transaction project was led by Bernard Lawrence of JLL's Montreal Tenant Representation Group in close collaboration with Roger Doré, of Roger Doré et Associés, who is an SIOR, local industry veteran and commercial real estate expert in the Quebec City area.

The Complexe Acceo, scheduled to be completed in Q1 of 2018, is a 45,000 sq. ft. mixed used property spread over three floors. The property is a combination of office spaces and retail spaces. The building is modern and offers open and bright workspaces. The first shovel broke ground at a ceremony held on April 24^th, 2017 and was attended by the Mayor of L'Ancienne-Lorette and Mr. Gilles Létourneau, President and CEO of Acceo.
