JLL Awarded Property Management Services for 121 King Street West

Toronto – April 27, 2022 - The JLL Canada Property Management team is pleased to announce it has been awarded the property management services for 121 King Street West by new owners, Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd.

121 King Street West is located in the heart of Toronto's Financial District at King and York Street. The asset is a class A, 25-storey office building that is certified LEED Gold and Gold BOMA BEST. Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. is continuing to make significant upgrades to the building exterior, including reglazing and a new modern entrance. Additional building upgrades include a re-envisioned lobby, significant investments in ESG initiatives, and first-in-class tenant amenities.

JLL assumed the property management services on April 27, 2022, including the first JLL Experience Management service delivery in Canada as part of this mandate. This activation platform will be revolutionary for tenants returning to the office by transforming spaces into activated environments, which can include events, regularly scheduled programming, classes, amenities, and much more.
