KITCHENER, May 3, 2023 —JLL Canada announced today its new office opening in Kitchener, Ontario. Located in the prestigious GloveBox development, in the heart of Kitchener's vibrant Innovation District, the new office site inspires a dynamic live, work, play community with premier onsite amenities and a building experience that fosters collaboration - a cornerstone of JLL's workplace strategy.

Anchored by the Tri-cities of Waterloo, Kitchener, and Cambridge, Southwestern Ontario is Canada’s hottest up-and-coming real estate market. Best known for its booming tech industry, the region is also a logistics hub and has a rich history of manufacturing.

The surge in commercial real estate investment over the last few years demonstrates how Southwestern Ontario has outpaced all other major Canadian markets on both the investor and occupier side.
