JLL expands Property Management expertise with new hires

TORONTO – JLL announces the hiring of two new members to the Property Management team: Allan Yearwood, Executive Vice President and Blair Reeve, Senior Vice President, effective October 5, 2020.

JLL launched its Property Management business line in 2017, led by Ron Fiell, Vice President & National Lead, based in Calgary. Since then, the team has provided clients with a unique, customizable and collaborative approach, enabling them to benefit from lower operating costs and increased asset value.

Yearwood and Reeve will focus on strategic partnerships, client relationships and achieving business growth objectives.

Prior to joining JLL, Yearwood led Eastern Canadian property management operations and managed a team of Advisors responsible for 30 million square feet of assets, valued at over $8 billion.

Bringing over 24 years of experience in business development, Reeve has a proven and well-rounded expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate, enabling him to develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the business.
