JLL grows Industrial platform with new senior appointment
Dominic Bonin to lead JLL’s Industrial team in Montréal
MONTRÉAL, April 22, 2024 — JLL announced today the appointment of Dominic Bonin as Senior Vice President for JLL Montreal’s industrial platform. Bonin is a seasoned asset management leader with over twelve years of expertise in industrial leasing, property & asset management, and investment sales across Canada.
In his previous role, Bonin oversaw a national portfolio of industrial properties of over 10M sq. ft. and led a team of 20 real estate professionals across the country. He worked closely with executive leaders, investors, brokers, owners, and tenants to deliver strategic value and growth.
Passionate about the industrial real estate sector, Bonin’s skills in leasing strategies, financial modeling, and investments will add tremendous value to both JLL’s industrial clients and its platform.
