JLL welcomes Christina Karam as Vice President, National Leasing, Property Management

Toronto, April 19, 2022 — JLL Canada announced today the hiring of Christina Karam as Vice President, National Leasing with the Property Management team. Karam will play a pivotal role in developing the Property Management Leasing platform across Canada where she will be responsible for the overall growth and profitability for Office and Industrial Leasing.

With over 14 years of experience in commercial leasing and property management, Christina has accumulated a breadth of knowledge and experience, having previously worked for The Redbourne Group, Triovest Realty Advisors, and most recently Crown Realty Partners. Over the course of her career, Karam has overseen sizable portfolios throughout various nodes and has a strong track record of elevating building profiles, reducing overall vacancy, mitigating risk, stabilizing, and increasing value of assets, along with a history of notable transactions throughout various market conditions, resulting in overall client and investor satisfaction. She has an extensive network of industry contacts and has played a key role in securing and establishing new business while fostering meaningful relationships.

Christina is one of the co-founders of CRE8 – a not-for-profit women’s organization within commercial real estate founded in 2018 based out of Toronto.
